Last night in our junior yoga class, we made breathing wands.
They were an absolute hit with the kids ,anything with beads is a guaranteed hit ,but what truly amazed me was how beautifully they used them.
After explaining the importance of the breath, and how we can use it to calm ourselves when we’re feeling lots of different emotions, I turned around to see them sitting with eyes closed, slowly moving through each bead with every breath they took.
Children really are like sponges ,so open, so present, and just so magical. ✨
