To mark the end of , we’re proud to share The Silence is Over: Why Grief Belongs in the Classroom - our new whitepaper created alongside John Adams, championing bereavement education for every child.

From September 2026, grief education will be on the national curriculum, giving young people the understanding and language to navigate one of life’s hardest lessons.

Ashley began his journey into funeral care at 16, driven by personal loss. Over 20 years on, he’s known for going above and beyond - with compassion, creativity, and unforgettable personal touches.

From helping a widow take one last motorcycle ride with her husband, to comforting a child with a ‘magic’ cane to help her through her father’s funeral, Ashley goes the extra mile to ensure every family feels supported, respected and never alone.
