Happy International Women's Day 💖
There are so many faces to each and every woman, some are expressed but the majority live in the shadows of our psyche.
When we explore our unconscious we often find there are gifts and talents we never knew we had. We just never gave ourselves the permission to play for fear of being judged.
Giving thanks to all the women in my life who have showed me how to love fiercely, express my sexuality and have courage to shine ✨️

There is a lot of talk about the matrix as a system outside of ourselves that is keeping us trapped in victim mentality.
Whilst that maybe true, the real trap is the illusion that the ego has created that keeps us stuck in fear and limitations.

I used to vomit in my sleep as a child as the only way that my body knew how to manage its nervous system was through suppression.
Learning how to regulate is the most powerful tool if you are a highly sensitive or ADHD.
We were the "good girls" the ones that did it all and suffered accordingly. We were the "polite girls that seemed so disciplined."

Eventually the spiritual ego loosens its grip.
You stop caring about being awake, healed or conscious. Not because you reject spirituality but because the labels feel hollow.
When you meet people you don't measure their depth, and there's no ranking. You also stop needing to be recognised.
Someone might see you as wise but it doesn't effect you. If they don't understand you there is no disturbance.
Your sense of self no longer depends on being seen a certain way. Growth has its own timing and awareness unfolds at the pace it needs to. Interfering in someone's process is not help but intrusion.
What you felt was once compassion you now recognise as control. So the spiritual ego naturally falls away and what remains is simplicity.

Well hello and welcome to my page! My name is Claire Roche and I’m and intuitive counsellor, meditation coach and retreat facilitator. What does this mean I hear you ask? What type of counselling and why should I start? Well counselling is a beautiful process of listening to ones story and reflecting back things that we often cannot see about ourselves.
This is shadow work, it is impossible to see ourselves fully as much as our egos would love us to believe but there are many things that we do not know about ourselves and this is why we need counselling. A good friend or family member is great but they will often not be able to provide the reflection that we need due to the nature of the relationship and boundaries that have been established.
Although I am classically trained in this practice I offer my own insights that I channel from the spirit realm. This often takes place in the form of sounds, sensations and images that I receive and feel from you as you share with me.
I understand this is a vulnerable process but I can assure you I would never offer you my own advise as I am fully aware that our egos like to feel important and this is a sure way to block out the beautiful messages that come through. It is no benefit to my own personal growth and so I prefer to be guided by you and spirit.
I specialise in Inner Child Therapy as I have found this to be the most transformational tool in order to really see why patterns keep repeating. We all have an inner child and unless you have a great relationship with yours there is a good chance that there is a disconnect in your life somewhere.
By staying connected to our inner child we can make huge changes in our lives. Not only can we heal from trauma but we can also change our careers, lifestyles, develop spiritual practices, learn meditation techniques and also attract love, friendships and more! It really is a transformational processs.
I work with clients in private practice in and around the Midlands area of the UK. I have different locations that you can attend in Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Stafford and Cannock. I am also working with clients internationally and around the UK online.
MY DESIRE IS TO BE OF SERVICE
Through my own inner child work I discovered that being of service is the highest offering I can provide. I’ll advocate for you to live your life fully, and I’ll encourage you to be whole-hearted to yourself.
Personally I am a practitioner of Kriya Yoga which is an ancient technique of Meditation that has been passed down through the ages from teacher to student from the Himalayan Yogis. You may have heard of Yoganadnda from “The Autobiography of a Yogi” he is my inspiration and my guide.
I would always encourage anyone who works with me to develop a meditation practice and I provide classes to help you establish this in your life if you do not already have it.
