Road trip to workshop The Joy of Being Alive in Manchester to watch a master at work.

So precious this glimpse into our psyche and its vulnerable places. Really felt the depth of this practice and the importance of making space for my own dance. The Northern tribe were warm and welcoming (I expected nothing more) and my house mates were THE BEST!! Feeeling the luuurrrrvvv right now! ❤️

So lucky to have the magnificent Cannock Chase on my doorstep. Throw into the mix my sweet Fill and my souly, it’s a happy day with soup and blankets under the trees, and…wait for it… sunshine! (Granted intermittent ☀️)

✨AWAKENING THE DANCE✨

Excited to share an afternoon of dance, early March near Stratford upon Avon. Lovely Katie from Little Bird Soaps is helping promote as it's in her neck of the woods. Here's some more info:

As the ground begins to warm and we move toward spring and all its awakenings, come gather near Stratford-upon-Avon and join a small, friendly group for an afternoon of dance and connection. We'll take some time to awaken our bodies to movement and explore the medicine of the 5Rhythms map. Complete beginners and regular dancers are all welcome—no experience required. Cake and hot drinks are provided.

1pm- 4:30pm Sunday 2nd March

Address: Preston on Stour Village Hall, Preston on Stour, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 8NG

Cost: A sliding scale of £20 - £24 - £28. Please pay what you can afford.
