Join me, Nina Stubbs, and the wild-hearted, nature-loving Miranda White for a 5-week journey through the elemental body, using the 5Rhythms waves map. Each week, we’ll unlock a different gateway, weaving movement with elemental magic, connecting body, spirit, and nature. This is our first online offering, and we’re super excited!!!!

From the comfort of your home via Zoom, we’ll meet Wednesdays at 2 p.m. (GMT) on May 20, 27, and June 3, 10, and 17. If you haven’t used Zoom before, do not fear. All will be explained once you book your space, all you need is you laptop or smart phone and the Zoom app which is free to download. You can even dance outside (with a good internet connection and headphones).
