✨LAST NIGHT✨ at Repton Rhythms, Neil Pinnock - Embodied Heart - 5Rhythms held the group with his wealth of teaching experience and exuberant personality, and Saire Rah was on the door. 🙏🏽✨❤️

THANK YOU for coming out and moving together. From deep in a German forest, my heart sings at the thought of a room full of dancing feet curious and in community. I hope you enjoyed something different! See you in just under two weeks ❤️

✨JULY AT REPTON✨

Lots happening this month with THREE opportunities to dance your practice at Repton Village Hall.

This Thursday I’ll continue to work with a rhythm a week as we will take a closer look at Chaos, where fluidity and focus meet into a freestyle intuitive way of being by letting go of the body.

Then I’m off on my hols and Birmingham teacher will be covering class. Don’t miss this as it’s a golden opportunity to dance with a different 5Rhythms teacher.

At the end of the month I’m back and we’ll take a closer look at Lyrical, perfect as we move towards August and the end of the summer.

✨ALL TOGETHER NOW!✨

Excited to get everyone back to the farm at least once in 2025. After setting an intention to create more space for myself, there hasn’t been any Earth Dance gatherings or day retreats at the farm this year but I do miss the monthly connection with my local community. YOU ROCK! 🤘

So come along on the 27th of June and FEEL THE LOVE ❤️ 7pm we’ll dance and afterwards, fire, cake and tea until 10pm 🔥💚☀️🌺

Open to anyone who’s danced with me before (even once ages ago). Donations on the night for Doctors Without Borders, a medical humanitarian organisation.

So lucky to have the magnificent Cannock Chase on my doorstep. Throw into the mix my sweet Fill and my souly, it’s a happy day with soup and blankets under the trees, and…wait for it… sunshine! (Granted intermittent ☀️)

✨AWAKENING THE DANCE✨

Excited to share an afternoon of dance, early March near Stratford upon Avon. Lovely Katie from Little Bird Soaps is helping promote as it's in her neck of the woods. Here's some more info:

As the ground begins to warm and we move toward spring and all its awakenings, come gather near Stratford-upon-Avon and join a small, friendly group for an afternoon of dance and connection. We'll take some time to awaken our bodies to movement and explore the medicine of the 5Rhythms map. Complete beginners and regular dancers are all welcome—no experience required. Cake and hot drinks are provided.

1pm- 4:30pm Sunday 2nd March
