Heartfelt Hands offers companionship to the Young, Elderly and the Disabled within their own homes. Going out and about for walks, coffee or lunch. We offer to take clients to any medical appointments that are required. We also offer Domestic work, shopping trips, cooking meals, dog walking,assisting with collecting of pensions and paying bills. We also offer a service of doing Hobbies and Crafts

with our clients, or even if our clients just want company and want to chat this is also included within our packages. We are Fully Insured, DBS checked over 15 years experience with Elderly Care, Dementia Care, End of Life Care and specialist care.
