Threespires Physiotherapy We are based in Lichfield and provide home visit physiotherapy across Staffordshire and the West Midlands.

Our physiotherapists can help with a range of conditions including recovery from a stroke, hip and knee replacements, falls prevention... Welcome to ThreeSpires Physiotherapy – we are a home visit physiotherapy service based in Lichfield and serving Staffordshire and the West Midlands. We serve clients’ homes in various towns and areas across the West Midlands such as Tamworth, Cannock, Aldridge, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield and Walsall. We provide a first class physiotherapy service and treat a wide range of conditions. We will come to you and assess and treat you in your own home at a time and day of your choosing. We run a 7 day service from 7am to 9.30pm, so if you only have time available at the weekend then we can see you then. We have experience of treating a large range of conditions and enabling patients to get back on the road to full recovery. Our main focus is to get you functioning as well as possible in as short a time as possible. We make our physiotherapy patient centred, meaning your problems and the goals you want to achieve, are the most important thing to us when deciding what physiotherapy intervention is best. At ThreeSpires Physiotherapy we use a wide combination of physiotherapy techniques to provide our patients with the best possible treatment. This allows us to maximise the potential of every single patient. After making an appointment, a physiotherapist will come to your home at the day and time of your choosing. They will come equipped with a plinth (massage/assessment table) and a bag with any other equipment they need. A full verbal history will be taken to get a good picture of your situation followed by a physical examination. Your therapist will then explain clearly what they believe to be the problem and how this can be best treated. Treatment will then take place followed by an explanation of self-management strategies and exercises to do. Your therapist will book any follow up treatments with you and email (or post if you prefer) a rehabilitation and exercise plan to you.

A really nice recent testimonial from a happy relative:

"Three Spires Physiotherapy has been a godsend to my mother. She had been admitted to hospital several times, each time when discharged she was less able to move around - i don't think the consultants believed us when we said she had been mobile before entering hospital. On the last occasion she was to all intents 'bedridden'.
After calling in Three Spires, first David and then Maria the transformation has been remarkable. She is 99, now making her own way to the dining room where she is feeding herself (she was sent home on a pureed food diet which was spoon fed to her). No one expected her to last more than a few weeks. She is no longer dependent on staff for her personal care and goes to the loo unaided. Maria has a unique blend of being kind but firm - mum loves her, We can't thank Three Spires enough and would certainly recommend them."
