Lunges are my love language💖
I love to teach lunges, they're multi-tasking exercises, their benefits translate into how our bodies move in our every day lives, what's not to love?!
Lunges build single leg strength, pelvic stability and open your hip flexors, building power, flexibility and balance, these all translate into better movement in the way we stand, walk and run in our daily lives😊
