Yep, tonight I didn't want to go to yoga!!! But I showed up and I'm so glad that I did. I felt so much better after class, and even though I could have talked myself out of going, I knew I'd feel better if I did. The benefits far outweighed my excuses!!
I really do feel the joy in movement, I smiled through every sweaty minute of class! I know that I always sleep better after class. It's so nice practicing with other people, the energy and the community at the studio is so lovely. I feel calmer and more grounded after class, and I feel physically stronger!
So next time you think about skipping class, remind yourself of all the reasons you love the class and the benefits you get from it and go to class anyway, you won't regret it!
