Sometimes life has a way of pressing pause for us. My little one has been unwell, and though it’s never easy seeing your child poorly, I can’t help but feel that the universe is gently asking us to slow down.

In the midst of the busy routines, the to-do lists, and the constant rushing, illness can feel like an unwelcome visitor. But perhaps it’s also a reminder—a quiet nudge to be still, to reconnect as a family, and to let go of everything that isn’t essential right now.

We’ve spent more time cuddling, resting, and simply being together. And in these quieter moments, I’m reminded that health, love, and presence are what truly matter. 💝
