A massive shoutout to Moores of Coleraine for their dedication to supporting the Zachary Geddis Trust!

Since June 2024, they’ve been working towards their £10,000 fundraising target, which will fully fund the Little Superstars Youth Service for a year—one of our many unfunded programmes within the organisation. Their next fundraising event is the Belfast Marathon 2025 - we look forward to seeing them at the finish line!

Take a minute to connect with your breathe and thoughts.
It's not selfish to slow down or cancel a plan because you need some time out.

Saying "No" can be hard to do, but it may be exactly what you need to do.
We all have a tendency to "people please", but when you are sacrificing your own needs, it becomes a problem.
Saying yes, when you really don't have the time, or energy, means you are pouring from an empty cup.
Here are some nice ways to say no.

Getting used to saying no will help you to set healthy boundaries. Although it may be hard at the start, it will be worth it.
