Every week we have the pleasure of welcoming Moving On Up in with Head Coach Michael 💪

They’ve been part of our CrossFit family since 2018 — bringing energy, laughter and serious effort to every session.

We laugh. We work hard. We have fun.
And then they head back for lunch at the centre feeling stronger than ever 🙌

Rounding off our Christmas celebrations today with a festive lunch cooked inhouse by our fantastic chef Harry and his elf helpers

We did have an unwanted guest call who wanted to wreck havoc but thankfully he left without any presents!

We are all now ready for a well earned break to enjoy all the festivities over the next few weeks. A huge thank you to everyone who supported MOU in any way this year. Without our staff, students, families, carers and the wider community we would not be were are today and we are forever grateful!

We have just about recovered from another amazing night at The Corner Bar and Market Yard Restaurant for our Christmas celebrations. A huge thank you to the brilliant staff for the delicious meal and service!
