Have you found yourself worrying about your child lately but not quite knowing how to help?
Maybe they’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, having big emotional reactions, or becoming quieter and harder to reach.
And as a parent, that can feel really helpless.
Often, we’re asking children to regulate big feelings… without ever having been shown how to connect with our own.
The Healing Powers of Play is an experiential, supportive workshop where we gently explore this together.
This isn’t about getting it “right” or being put on the spot, it’s about giving yourself the space to slow down, tune into your own nervous system, and begin to understand what’s happening underneath your child’s behaviour.
Together, we’ll explore:
✨ How your child’s nervous system works
✨ Why play is such a powerful tool for emotional expression
✨ How your own internal experience shapes how you respond
You’ll be invited to take part in gentle, guided experiential exercises at your own pace within a safe and supportive space.
