This is “Half Bound Lotus Standing Forward Bend” (but not so bound yet for me, still need two hands 🙌 on the floor…keep practising!) This asana is challenging & brings so much together: flexibility, balance & strength. As a yoga teacher I’m always trying to manage some of the more advanced things, but never losing sight of the real purpose of yoga; unifying mind and body, no judgement, no competition, just playfulness, stillness and mindfulness 🪷
