Day 6 & 7 of our Hydration & Nutrition Week 🌍✨

On Saturday, we travelled to America for lunch 🇺🇸 with a choice of a good old cheeseburger or a baked potato with a variety of tasty toppings — a real treat!

Today, we stopped off in France 🇫🇷 for tea, enjoying a delicious selection of cheeses served with fresh baguette, followed by a sweet strawberry and cream-filled croissant 🍓🥐

The hydration station was stocked as usual with various drinks and goodies. 🥤

A lovely way to explore flavours from around the world while keeping everyone nourished and hydrated 💙

This morning, our residents took part in a fun game of “Never Have I Ever” 🎲😄. Each resident answered a variety of questions, and if they had done what was mentioned, they took a drink 🥤

It was a fantastic and interactive way to encourage fluid intake without even realising it, all while sharing laughs and stories together 💙😊

Today, our residents and staff dressed in their favourite blue outfits 👕👗, embracing the theme for the day. The home was filled with shades of blue, creating a lovely atmosphere 😊💙 while promoting the importance of staying hydrated and well-nourished 💧🍽️

This afternoon, our ladies met up again for another baking club 👩‍🍳🍌

This time, they tried their hand at making banana bread, taking turns to add and mix the ingredients 🥣✨
The result was a delicious, moist cake, perfectly enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee ☕🍰😊
