Today we celebrated two remarkable moments 🎈
This lovely lady enjoyed celebrating her birthday, complete with gifts, cake and lots of birthday wishes 🎂🎁

We also celebrated our day carer, Mohammad, who marked a very special milestone by becoming a British citizen 🇬🇧
This wonderful achievement was celebrated with a lovely cake and many congratulations 👏🎉

We are currently looking for a Bank Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team 💙

💷 Pay: £12.37 per hour
📄 Contract: Bank / Zero-hours

✨ The role includes:
• Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food and drinks 🍲
• Following all health & safety and food safety procedures ✅
• Ensuring the kitchen and equipment are cleaned and maintained to a high standard 🧼
• Serving and supporting residents with meals in a dignified and respectful manner 🤝

🎯 You’ll need:
• Previous catering experience 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
• Experience of working with the older generation 👵👴
• Level 2 Food Safety certification 📘
• The right to work in the UK 🇬🇧 (sorry, no sponsorship available)

Christmas bingo, mince pies and what’s behind the next door…

Today, our residents enjoyed a festive game of Christmas bingo, filled with plenty of fun and smiles. 🎅🎁

Later on, some of our lovely ladies got busy in the kitchen making delicious homemade mince pies – the smell alone was enough to make everyone feel extra Christmassy. 🥧❤️

We also opened doors 18 and 19 on our festive advent calendar… not many doors left to open now as we count down to the big day! 🎄✨

This morning, our residents took part in one of their favourite and most competitive games – noodle hockey!
There was plenty of laughter, teamwork and friendly rivalry as everyone got stuck in and gave it their all. Always a great way to start the day 😄
