The practice will be closed this afternoon Thursday 27 November between 1pm and 5pm for essential staff training.
If your request can wait, please contact the surgery from 5pm.
If your request cannot wait, please call 0300 1234 868 and select option 1 when prompted.
The surgery will re-open later this afternoon at 5pm.
The online service will be open as normal for admin and non-urgent requests however these requests may not be actioned until later on in the afternoon.

Glebe Park's Patient Participation Group are holding a bake sale at the surgery tomorrow Thursday 20th November between 9am and 4pm (or until they sell out). Raising funds for patient enhancement fund. They will also be selling raffle tickets for the Christmas Raffle that once again they have put together. Please come along and support if you are able to do so
