This lovely lady had a callus pressure point on the side of one foot and on the other she had 2 corns on her little toe and a corn on the bottom of her foot. Walking was very painful but after treatment she now has no pain. One very happy lady. 👣
She then finished with a nail trim, gel polish and a nice refreshing foot cream 👣

Due to Callus on her toes wearing shoes was uncomfortable for this lady. This was painlessly reduced, nails were trimmed and a cooling foot cream applied as she also suffers from hot feet.
One happy lady who can now wear shoes pain free. 👣

The Callus on this ladies heels were starting to produce cracks. If left untreated they can escalate to fissures which in turn can become infected. Even though a scalpel is used to reduce the Callus it is a painless procedure. 👣
Both feet were also extremely dry. A paddle file was used and a nourishing foot cream applied.👣

This ladies toenails were causing her pain when walking due to fungal nails becoming very thick. To relieve this the thickness was filed down and nails trimmed. 👣
Fungal nail infection (onychomycosis) is an infection caused by fungal invasion of the nail structure and is one of the most common nail disorders.
If left untreated the nail becomes severely deformed and can cause nail lifting, brittleness and discolouration which may result in acute pain. 👣

This corn that's been causing the client extreme discomfort was reduced using a scalpel and the centre enuculated to relieve clients pain.
As the Callus is dead skin this is a painless procedure that enables the client to wear shoes without the pain a corn can cause.👣

Extremely brave 8 year old girl that didn't flinch when a scalpel was used to reduce the hard skin covering this mosaic verruca.
A mosaic verruca is a cluster of verrucas that have fused together.
Verrucas are a wart that is caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV). They normally occur on the soles of your feet and the tiny black dots are where blood has clotted in tiny blood vessels on the surface of your skin. They can be painful when you put weight on them.
Callus forms over them and this is reduced to relieve pain and allow any treatment cream to pe*****te the verruca more easily.

Love to make a difference like this for my lovely client.
Callus are patches of rough, thickened skin that are produced as a result of friction. If left untreated it can cause discomfort and sometimes develop into deep cracks which can then become infected.

Covid 19 update

Government guidelines enable me to continue with home visits as I am classed as health care.
All precautions are taken to ensure the safety of my clients. Full PPE is worn and a temperature check on myself and clients is done on every visit.
If at any time I develop any symptons all appointments will be rearranged.
Can I also ask that if any of my clients develop symptoms to cancel their appointments for mine and my other clients safety.

As we are about to head into another lockdown I would like to confirm that as a FHP I am classed as medical and as I follow all government guidelines on PPE I can treat existing clients and accept new ones.
