Happy Easter everyone!
Well, after a long period of hibernation I am ready to stretch, roar and get back to it!

Brown Bear’s Hibernation 🧸

Due to a shift in my personal circumstances I have decided to refocus my time and energy for the winter. This means that there will be a temporary pause in the shamanic workshops at Swinderby until the spring, when Brown Bear will leap forth again with a big resounding roar!

I would like to thank everyone who has joined us so far on our journeys and for bringing their love and friendship: I have enjoyed every one of our workshops!

Looking forward to seeing faces old and new at the relaunched workshops next year 🙏🪶🧸

Getting excited for the shamanic workshop tomorrow, thanks to those already booked on via the website - I am going to have to make sure we have plenty of cacao for this one it is going to be a good one!
Please don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for the journey part of the session - a comfy recliner chair is also a good idea if a yoga mat is not your thing!

Just putting together my presentation for the Newark Well Being Show this weekend, Sat the 8th and Sunday the 9th!
So excited about this one - can’t wait to see everyone again and I might even treat myself to a new crystal or two!
Join me as I will be doing a talk on the shaman’s medicine bag at the stage area of the main hall this time!

Brown Bear’s Shamanic Pilgrimage!

Today I was back at Newgrange, Ireland.
The largest passage tomb in Europe it is a Stone Age shamanic site dating back over 4000 years, that’s 1000 older than stone henge!
The Neolithic stone art is well preserved and can be seen carved on the rocks!

Being inside this ancient monument is a moving experiance and brings me back to my shamanic heritage - the symbols carved on the rock will be there when I close my eyes in meditation.

Quick reminder that there is no shamanic workshop on tomorrow but we will be back to it September the 13!

I am excited about the next workshop, as the nights draw in the guided journey should be epic and I really can’t wait to see you wonderful people again 🙏🪶🦅🪘🧸

Good morning wonderful people!
Tonight’s workshop will be held at the usual Swinderby village hall as the weather is 60% chance of rain and looks chilly.
The usual cacao, drumming and singing with a guided journey to set you up for the rest of the weekend!

As we planned in the last workshop our next shamanic workshop is next Friday the 12th July and if the weather is nice we are going to do it at the local woods!
Norton big wood is where we plan on being if the weather is good - I still have the hall booked just in case it’s raining 🌧️☔️

Join us for cacao, drumming, singing, Earth healing and tree ceremony!
If we have time I might even squeeze in a guided journey to the lower world to meet our tree spirit guide 🙏🪶🦅

Just got done cutting the grass and decided re-painting the medicine wheel was in order!
Beautiful day for a solstice ceremony! ☀️
