Originally looked at this sheet of completed exercise as a way to prove I'm not lazy. But actually, it shows just how much I was over working and is it really a suprise that I burnt out and started collapsing?
A new year starts and a new sheet has been printed. I will continue to colour in any workouts I do wherever they are. But this is to monitor consistency and to observe the impact of other circumstances such as treatments or ill health.
