Really need some help, my all time favourite workout from Insanity Max 30 I can no longer access due to now no longer letting us UK customer digitally download programmes. If anyone can help me figure out how to gain access without having to buy a DVD player would@be really helpful. I also cancelled my BODi subscription as they really have changed what you get for what you pay. BODi really have missed a trick in letting us digitally download these amazing programmes. Can anyone help πŸ™πŸΌπŸ€žπŸΌ

After a worrying few days and waking up like I’ve been run over by a bus, I needed to get out for some fresh air and stretch my legs. A sow 2 mile walk around the lakes at Hartsolme Park then back to the van for a brew and watch a film before heading back home 🏑 πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈβ˜•οΈ
