Eating Disorder Service

You can now self-refer to the Adult Eating Disorder Service.
If thoughts, feelings, or behaviours around food, eating, or weight are affecting your physical, mental, or social wellbeing, support is available.

The service is for anyone aged 16 and over and supports people with all types of eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder. You do not need to meet a certain BMI or weight criteria - eating disorders can affect anyone, regardless of size.

We understand that asking for help can be difficult, but the team is experienced, understanding, and here to help.
