As a counsellor I’m always learning new things from my clients. I’ve recently worked with a client who when exploring what they did to relax, spoke about crocheting. This was something they could do to drown out all of life’s background noise.

Them sharing this reminded me of my long forgotten love of crocheting, which inspired me to get out my hooks and and have a go again. I’ve absolutely loved doing this in the evening as a way to switch off and relax. Today was there last session and they had made me this gorgeous little dog, a reminder for me to not forget about about the little things that bring you joy 🥰
