Graceful Soles Reflexology - Mobile Therapist Hi, Im Grace; an RAF Veteran who has embarked on a new career. My mission is to 'defeet' the stresses and strains of your daily life.

Bringing relaxation, rebalance and rejuvenation to your mind & body in the safe and natural way that Reflexology can. Whilst serving in the military, I struggled with chronic pain in my shoulder and subsequent mental health issues; I found Reflexology really helped me. Its effect was so powerful for calming my mind, body and easing my pain, I decided to become a Reflexologist so I could try and help others.

I am a mobile therapist in Navenby and surrounding areas; if you are interested in finding out more please get in touch to discuss how I may be able to help you. I will be working from The Hair & Beauty Lounge in Navenby on Monday 0930-1830 but will be mobile Tue - Fri 0930-1430.
