Overwhelm can feel like everything at once.

You don’t need to figure it all out right now.

Feet on the floor.
Take a breath.
Start there.

Then gently, piece by piece.

“Of course I feel like this… there’s a lot here.”

You’re allowed to go slowly.
You don’t have to carry it all at once. 🌹

Mother’s Day can bring up so many different emotions. For some it’s joyful, for others it can feel complicated, tender, or even painful.

If today feels heavy in any way, please know your feelings are valid. You don’t have to celebrate, explain, or pretend it feels okay.

Be gentle with yourself today. 🌺 💫

Spring brings a natural shift.

Longer light. Softer air. The earth waking up. And often, something in us wants to wake too. Our bodies respond to season, we are part of nature, not separate from it.

But if you’re not feeling that lift… that doesn’t mean you’re failing at spring.

It may simply signal a disconnect.

Sometimes the body doesn’t feel safe to soften.
Sometimes emotions are still waiting to be felt.
Sometimes we’ve been surviving for so long that expansion feels unfamiliar.

The first step isn’t forcing change.
It’s noticing.

Where do I feel stuck?
Where do I feel numb?
What feels out of sync?

Awareness is the beginning of reconnection 🌺

A little about me ✨

I value calm, gentleness and slowing things down, and that’s the energy I bring into my sessions.
Therapy, for me, isn’t about pushing or fixing, but about creating safety and softening the nervous system.

What helps one person feel calm won’t be the same for another.
Together, we gently explore what regulation, rest and grounding look like for you.

Because when the nervous system feels safer, real change can begin 🤎🤍🩶🖤💚🩵💙💜

Let me know below ⬇️ what things would you choose?

Creating the safe, warm and welcoming space for a Client.

This includes making sure a client is comfortable, their needs fulfilled from the moment they step into the therapy space.

I believe the second step, making that therapeutic relationship and trust is what gets to the next level of depth. 🙌🏼 💫

We often expect children to be brave, independent, or share before they’re ready… but what if connection comes first?

Connection comes first. Expectations come later. Secure attachment grows when children feel seen, soothed, and supported — both at home and in therapy. 🌺

A New Year doesn’t need pressure or impossible goals. ✨

For me, it’s about what feeds my nervous system: dancing, the sea, nature, belly laughs, and being fully present with what feels good.

No resolutions. No stress. Just choosing what truly vibes with me. 🌊

What brings you calm, joy, and presence this year?

When thoughts feel loud or the body feels unsettled, grounding can help 🤍
The 5 senses grounding technique brings awareness back into the present moment, supporting the nervous system to slow down and settle.

Often used for anxiety, panic, dissociation, stress, and emotional overwhelm, helping create safety and regulation.

A simple tool, offered with kindness 🐞🦋

When your motivation suddenly vanishes…
it’s rarely laziness.
It’s often overwhelm, exhaustion, or emotional overload.
Your body isn’t failing you ,it’s asking for a pause.
Take one. You’re allowed to. 🐢 🌺

✨ Stepping out of the “professional” box for a moment…
Today’s reel is me….towel on my head, onesie on, Elsa music in the background… definitely not polished, filtered, or put-together. And honestly? It feels uncomfortable to show up like this.

But this is the work, too.
Being seen without the makeup, without the perfect lighting, without the therapist-voice.
Letting myself be human, messy, soft, a little silly… and still worthy.

If vulnerability is allowing ourselves to be visible even when we fear judgement or dislike, then this is my tiny act of courage today.

Because healing doesn’t only happen in calm therapy rooms ,sometimes it starts in the moments we let people see us exactly as we are. 💛

Welcoming you back into the cosiest corner of calm ✨🕯️
The candles are glowing, soft blankets are out, and the hot water bottle has made its first appearance of the year.
The room feels like a warm exhale , a space to soften, breathe, and be held.
Come exactly as you are 🌿💗

Your mind believes what it’s told, so speak calm, not chaos.
Grounding techniques can gently guide your body and mind back to centre.
💧 Cold water can help regulate the nervous system.
👁️ The 5 senses exercise anchors you in the present.

Small, steady practices remind your body it’s safe to soften.

Breathe.
Notice.
Come back to now. 🌊
