Menopause can be incredibly challenging, and it’s often misunderstood or overlooked. Symptoms can include hot flushes, brain fog, mood changes, sleep disruption and anxiety which can significantly impact on daily life, work and relationships. Support, a healthy lifestyle and options of medication can help, but for many there are still unpredictable impacts. If you’re concerned or need additional support, please do contact your healthcare practitioner.

Did you know one in five 8-25-year-olds have a mental health disorder? Yet, only 40% are able to access effective treatment? This year’s Youth Mental Health Day theme is ‘Share Support’. Studies show that peer support can be associated with reductions in depression and anxiety in young people, and when young people share their own coping strategies and recommendations, it not only empowers them but also provides others with relatable, practical tools to help with their challenges.

Join us on 19th September: this year’s YMHD theme, Share Support, encourages us all to connect, share, and access clinically-informed mental health resources.
