I understand that one treatment doesn’t fit all — and it never should. Your session is always bespoke to you. This might include:

🌿 Shorter or longer sessions
🌿 Clear explanations before we begin
🌿 Extra time to settle and feel safe
🌿 Pressure that feels right for you
🌿 Clear step-by-step explanations
🌿 A slower pace or pauses whenever needed

You’re encouraged to share what helps you feel comfortable, regulated, and at ease (prior to your treatment is especially helpful) My aim is to create a calm, respectful space where your nervous system can truly relax — without pressure or expectations.

Hello! Since opening my treatment space at Sass Studios in Newark, I’ve welcomed lots of lovely new followers, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself and what I can offer you ☺️

I’m Charlotte, I’m 52, married, and a mum of three — my youngest is now 18. Having three adult children definitely still brings its challenges 🫣 so I’m very grateful for my little dog who is always happy to see me! 😅

Life has also brought its share of challenges. I’ve experienced miscarriages, the heartbreak of losing a parent, and I’m now navigating the shifts of menopause. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the emotional ups and downs life can bring, and they help me support my clients with empathy and care. I’m also now qualified in Reflexology for Menopause.

As a clinical reflexologist with over 10 years of experience, I feel incredibly grateful to work with clients to gently support their balance and wellbeing. Reflexology can help with:

💫 A greater sense of overall wellbeing

Wishing all my lovely clients a peaceful and healthy New Year 💚

Today is my first day back, and I’m so grateful to be starting the year doing what I truly love.

✨ What a week! ✨

Big changes here at Holistic Healing ☺️ The lease at my treatment room on Stodman Street is up, so it’s time for a fresh start. I’ve moved into a temporary space at Northgate Business Centre. It’s got such a lovely vibe and I’ve received such positive feedback from clients already! Plus, you will be greeted by the super friendly receptionists which is a lovely touch … and no steep stairs 😅

But that’s not all! 🌿 Big things are in the works — exciting plans are underway for a new permanent treatment room, and I’ll be back working alongside the amazing Mel soon! So I am listening to my own advice and embracing the change and know it’s all meant to be 😊

So many colours

Being a mother
Is bearing the weight of a thousand rocks
On your shoulders, every day
Yet we would bear those rocks and more, gladly

Being a mother
Is laughter and noise and messy kisses
It’s soft hugs and salty tears to wipe away
Motherhood is joy like you’ve never known before
With pain and confusion
Am I enough?

Not being a mother
Is the hardest journey for some women to take

Such grief
Such loss

Having a mother
Is a blessing not bestowed on all
She is your safe place, your anchor, your home
When she is gone, the world is amiss and you’d give
