A quiet Sunday thought about the power of Positive Emotions, as we come to the end of World Wellbeing Week 🩷

🌟 Our Wellbeing naturally fluctuates day to day, week to week and month to month. Being able to create and maintain positive emotions plays such an important role in nurturing our wellbeing and happiness 🌟

In the PERMA model of wellbeing, the "P" stands for Positive Emotions. These emotions do more than just make us feel good in the moment; they broaden our perspective, build our resilience, and help us thrive over time 🌱

✨ Why Positive Emotions Matter:

🌸 They reduce stress and lower the risk of burnout.

🌸 They help us build stronger relationships by increasing empathy and openness.

🌸 They enhance creativity, problem-solving, and flexible thinking.

🌸 They support better physical health through reduced inflammation and stronger immune function.

πŸ’‘ How to Cultivate More Positive Emotions:

🌸 Start a daily gratitude practiceβ€”write down 3 things you’re thankful for.
