Our October Wellbeing Day is complete ✨

We had all the autumnal feels this morning with our seasonal decompage garlands πŸ‚πŸ Then after a beautiful walk around the grounds, we had an afternoon of willow weaving with Blooming Crafty for our wonderful group of ladies!

Today was all about nurturing our emotional and mental wellbeing through taking part in activities that bring us joy, focus our attention, calm our nervous system, create a sense of achievement and help us connect with others πŸ’“

Just a little message to say that this weekend will be the last retreat I will be holding at our lovely Flourish Cabin 🧑

I have been so lucky over the last 3 years to have had the most tranquil and beautiful retreat venue at our family farm. It has been a healing space for so many people, including me πŸ’“

I have had the privilege of meeting and working with so many amazing women here; we have laughed, cried, crafted, celebrated, had epiphanies and everything in-between! ❀️

Thank you to everyone who has supported me so much, what a beautiful journey it has been!

Looking forward to moving onto our next chapter with Flourish 🌸 πŸ™

Last week we delivered a Wellbeing and Networking Day for a wonderful group of ladies who work tirelessly in East Lindsey to support community wellbeing 🧑

From Community to Connectors to Social Prescribers, the group came together for a day that supported their own wellbeing!

Some of the ladies had never met, so it was a wonderful opportunity to network and share their experiences and projects, whilst taking some time out to nurture their own mental health.

A shining example of how supporting staff wellbeing directly impacts the brilliant work staff are then able to do, to support the wellbeing of their community πŸ’›

In the PERMA model of wellbeing, the "P" stands for Positive Emotions. These emotions do more than just make us feel good in the moment; they broaden our perspective, build our resilience, and help us thrive over time 🌱
