Loved meeting Katy and Corey today to plan Darcy’s naming ceremony The only problem with naming ceremonies are the babies are just too cute and make me all clucky 🐣🐓. It was my first time visiting the Storehouse and I was so impressed with the versatility of this venue, loads of options for different types of occasions and really reasonably priced!

It’s wonderful to see another natural burial ground opening in Lincolnshire. .woods provides a natural environment and a peaceful resting place. There is so much more choice when it comes to funerals, it’s great to be a part of this evolving industry.

This week I had the privilege of officiating at three funerals, at which I wore this outfit. When my son saw me this morning, he said, mum you look like W***y Wonker 😂 Not exactly the look I was going for! 🫣

In the States, November is Hospice Awareness Month, which I think is amazing idea. As a funeral celebrant I have met lots of amazing families who have been supposed by and I hear first hand what an important part they play when people are at their most vulnerable. If you know someone who is in a hospice, don’t be afraid to visit them, it’s such a wonderful environment to be in. You can have some of the most beautiful and impactful conversations with people who are on their death bed. A hospice is not full of death it’s full of life and you can create memories that will stay with you, long after your loved one has passed. I support St B’s with a monthly donation, I would encourage anyone to try and make some kind of donation, you never know when this vital charity will be there supporting your family
