The more I work with massage, the clearer it becomes - the body is never in parts.
I touch a muscle, and the breath responds.
I work on the back, and suddenly there’s a deep exhale.
Tension melts. Something softens. Something lets go.
Massage isn’t only about muscles.
It speaks to the nervous system.
It changes breathing.
It shifts how the body copes, holds, protects itself.
And at some point it becomes clear:
massage isn’t just working with a muscle.
It helps the whole system settle, reconnect,
and gently find its balance again.
