I've made the really difficult decision to pause teaching yoga classes.
I'm so grateful for the support I've received from all the people who have been to my classes. You are wonderful and thank you so much for joining me on the mat.
I'll still be continuing my yoga journey on here and Facebook so feel free to pop in.
I'm hoping I'll start teaching again, but for now I need to work on myself 💜

Sorry tonight's yoga class is cancelled!
It's my partner's birthday and we're going to do some nice birthday things ☺️
I'll be back next week with an exciting new theme for April and May 👀

Good morning!
The hall where I hold my yoga classes is booked until 7:30pm next week (28th). So my class will be at 7:45pm instead.
