I had the great pleasure of delivering a talk today for the CIPD at Charlotte House Hotel at the Lawns.

Everyone seemed thoroughly engaged, lots of photos taken and great questions asked.

You may have seen sound baths being mentioned more and more recently.

So what actually is a sound bath?

It’s a deeply relaxing experience where you simply lie down and allow sound and vibration to wash over you.
Using instruments like gongs, chimes, and drums, the body is guided into a calm, restorative state.

There’s nothing to do, nowhere to be.
Just space to rest, reset, and reconnect.

To experience this for yourself, my next one is on Tuesday the 19th of May, 7pm, at Dunston village hall in Lincolnshire.

Tomorrow, Sunday 10th of May at 5pm, is the next in our sequence of seasonal sound baths at yoga studio on Newark Road in Lincoln.

We'll enjoy some gentle Yin yoga before settling in for a super relaxing sound bath followed by a chance to journal using guided prompts to help. All accompanied by essential oils and crystals to help make it a deeply immersive experience. ✨️

I thought I'd share a few action shots with you today. 👀

This is a little example of what you can expect when you come to one of my sound baths. I like to bring the instruments, where possible, into your energy field to play them, I find that it adds an extra depth to the experience and the feedback is always positive too.🙌
