Hi! My name is Peter Ison and I am a holistic therapist based just outside of Lincoln in the UK. x

I am trained in multiple disciplines, giving me a therapeutic toolbox, which I make full use of during a session, to achieve the best outcome for my clients. My name is Peter Ison and I am a therapist based in Lincolnshire who specialises in sound therapy and reiki. I work alongside my wife in our business 'Tranquil Awakenings' providing a wide range of therapies to help people to become the best versions of themselves. Alongside the reiki and sound therapy I am also qualified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), I use all of these skills in conjunction with each other to provide a holistic approach to well-being. Hi 👋

Well, I'm off and going at the Clipstone mind, body and spirit event near Mansfield!

It started 2 hours ago but I've not had a minute to post this yet! 😁😊✨️

If you've got some time, why not come along and say hello, there's lots to see and do and if you fancy a sound bath, bring a mat or a chair and come along later on.

The main group sound bath is happening at around 7pm ish so get here in plenty of time to have a look atvghe stalls before they're all packed away!

Guess what?!
I've had yet another lovely day! 😍

Great networking this morning at the Productivity Hub Christmas do, 👀 then a beautiful Reiki treatment this afternoon, 🙌 now preparing for tomorrow's event near Mansfield 🎶🤗

The sound bath at the end is only £5 per person! 😁👏 so get yourself along, bring a mat and a blanket and pillow and come and join us for some much needed relaxation 😴✨️

I've had another lovely day again today!
I met with a new friend to have a (slightly damp) walk in Sherwood forest! 🌳🌲
Seeing some beautiful trees, fungi, animals, and plants and sharing a very welcome cup of peppermint tea!

The leaf I was gifted by a fabulous oak tree. As we were walking along the path, it fluttered down and landed right down the neck of my coat!
Looking at the spiritual meaning of the leaf, it is all about strength and endurance, protection, and wisdom.
All sound useful at the best of times, but especially when the path ahead gets a bit rocky and things are feeling tough. 💪
