I have had the privilege to work for the NHS in the Acute and Primary Care Nursing sector. With my emergency care medical background, I have excellent practical skills and a non-judgemental attitude. Here at Claire Kirsty Aesthetics I am always learning and developing new skills. I have constant continuing professional development (CPD) to keep up to date with the latest aesthetic techniques and advances within the aesthetic industry. My most recent training was undertaken at Cosmetic Courses Nottingham. Cosmetic Courses are one of the UK’s leading training providers and the longest established provider of Botox training and dermal fillers, Led by Consultant Plastic Surgeon Mr Adrian Richards. Friday nights used to start with body glitter, cheap wine, and the unshakable belief that you could dance in stilettos till 3 a.m.
Now it’s skincare, a heated blanket, and aggressively ignoring messages that say “Fancy a drink?”

Once it was Dream Matte Mousse and chaos; now it’s retinol, magnesium, and peace.

We’ve swapped hangovers for hydration, heartbreak for hydration serum, and drama for an early bedtime that feels better than any club ever did.
It’s not that we’ve gone boring,we’ve just evolved.

The glow’s still there; it just comes from within (and a decent night cream).
