Em is a 500 hour certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. She has completed over 600 hours of formal Teacher Training in Vinyasa style Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga at Yoga Alliance approved schools. Additionally she has a Bachelors degree in Psychology, with a minor in Biology. In 2018 she completed her foundational 200 hour training in Costa Rica & in 2023 Em pursued additional education receiving certifica

tions in a 300 hour Advanced Teacher training and a 85 hour Prenatal Yoga training. She has taught in Costa Rica, USA and UK. With an inclusive and therapeutic style to yoga, her classes are thoughtfully designed and sequenced for all wherever you may be in your journey with yoga. Her approach to this practice is to fit the body to the yoga, rather than forcing the yoga on the body. Her flows allow you to cultivate a deepened connection and awareness to yourSelf by combining dynamic movement, focus and strength with softness, flexibility and stillness.
