Budapest was anything but boring! Dear Reader, you may correctly imagine that we are sad to have left. The Fortifications of Buda were amazing. The recreational facilities forvtheir service personnel in Pest were sublime.

Their transport is undergoing complete upheaval. A storm has wrought devastating damage to the infrastructure all across the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Our arrival in the Netherlands was very significantly delayed. Scrambling and scurrying in a very unseemly manner sourced some sort of solution that got us back to Blighty bang on schedule thanks to magnificent work by Captain Horn.
