Reflexology is a Complementary Therapy promoting deep relaxation and well being to balance the body's systems to enable healing.

The theory is our feet are a map of our entire body in miniature.

As a reflexologist we look at both the physical and emotional aspect of a person.

A Treatment involves applying different pressure techniques to the feet with thumbs fingers or knuckles to reflex points in order to improve health and well being.

Treating a person through reflexology may result in -

*improving blood circulation
* Reducing stress through relaxation
*Balancing the body's systems
*Cleansing the body of toxins

Treatments are carried out in my cozy Cabin at home , if you would like a treatment but are unable to drive or leave the house i can offer a mobile service.
