The path of Yoga has taken me on a remarkable journey across continents, cultures, and communities, each experience deepening my understanding and connection to this ancient practice.
It began in the lush rainforests of Costa Rica, where I lived in a vibrant community dedicated to mindful living and holistic wellness. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, I discovered the power of daily practice and the importance of living in harmony with the earth and those around me.
My journey then led me to India, where I immersed myself in the teachings of the Osho Community. Here, I explored meditation, self-inquiry, and the transformative energy of group practice. The vibrant atmosphere and spiritual depth of India awakened new layers of awareness and inspired a deeper commitment to my path.
Living at the foothills of the Himalayas, close to the Dalai Lama, offered a unique opportunity to experience the serenity and wisdom of Tibetan Buddhist teachings. The peaceful mountain setting and the presence of great teachers nurtured a sense of inner stillness and compassion that continues to guide my practice.
From there, I found myself in the rolling hills of Tuscany, Italy, embraced by a community that celebrated the joy of movement, connection, and shared growth. The blend of Italian warmth and yogic tradition created a space for creativity, laughter, and heartfelt connection.
My journey brought me to Ziria mountain, Korinthia, South Peloponnese, Greece. Here, the majestic landscape and ancient energy of the land have provided a powerful backdrop for reflection, renewal, and continued exploration of Yoga’s gifts.
Each place and community has shaped my journey, offering unique lessons and unforgettable memories. Through every transition, yoga has remained a constant source of grounding, inspiration, and transformation.
Now, my greatest adventure is—Motherhood. This chapter brings its own challenges and joys, inviting me to draw on all that I have learned and to embrace the unknown with an open heart. As I step into this sacred journey, I am reminded that Yoga is not just a practice, but a way of living, growing, and loving through every stage of life.
