In 2007 I studied with the British Wheel of Yoga and The British School of Yoga qualifying for Hatha Yoga Teacher, Advanced Meditation Teacher, and Meditation, Movement, and Mindfulness, Teacher. At present I am currently teaching Hatha Yoga, Pranayama Breathing, Meditation. In my experience of teaching small Yoga classes, I have found that this is very helpful to ensure that the student has personal attention when required, whilst getting to know me as a Yoga Teacher
When a person chooses to partake in a small Yoga class they can be assured of receiving a quality of experience that reflects on the original intentions of Yoga. I am proud to profess that I am achieved excellent results within the realms of my teachings and have experienced exceptional results, that are beneficial to the well-being of all the students who have attended my classes.
