The Adjustment: Small Move, Big Impact

During an adjustment, your chiropractor uses precise force, either by hand or a small tool, to restore proper movement and alignment in a spinal joint. This is not random or aggressive – its carefully tailored to your spine and nervous system.

Sometimes you might hear a popping sound – that’s just a gas bubble releasing from the joint (like opening a fizzy drink). But more often there is no sound, and the noise of the gas bubble releasing does not define a good adjustment either.
