Today Sophie and Bill spent the day with Lincoln First Aid Training, refreshing their skills with the wonderful Jayne.

We covered everything from CPR and defibrillator use to recovery positions and much more — Jayne made a serious topic both fun and incredibly informative. Her knowledge, energy, and engaging teaching style made the day fly by!

While we had plenty of laughs, we also know just how important these skills are — and feel confident and prepared should a situation ever arise where they’re needed.

A huge thank you to Jayne for such a brilliant, professional and enjoyable day. If you’ve been thinking about completing or refreshing your First Aid training, we can’t recommend using Lincoln First Aid Training highly enough!
