It’s good to take smaller steps. When moving forward with goals, etc. There is always emotion upheaval. When you up level, you can feel out of sorts. Anxiety & stress increases. If you try to do too much too soon. If you haven’t built the capacity to hold it. You collapse, become.
overwhelmed and feel you’ve failed.

When, really, you don’t always need terms and conditions. Plans etc. Nor is it good to go with the flow (passive). Take an action, once it’s done, the next action will follow. However, this is the case when you're connected to true self. If you are doing everything from your intellect, you’ll try to work everything out. Instead of being guided by intuition.

A few days ago, in one of my posts ‘ The way out of anxiety, is connecting to your true self’. A couple of years ago, part of a post pinned to the top of this page, I asked ‘Do you feel you have a spiritual side’. I want to elaborate on both.

We all have a spiritual side, we are predominantly spiritual. All of us are also telepathic. It’s just whether you chose to tap into it or not. Connecting to your true self, there is no anxiety. Anxiety is an illusion of the mind. It is the saboteur part of shadow. You are not your mind. Your mind was designed to be a tool for you to use. On the way to reconnecting to your true self, you will come across many challenges. Patterns and programs you have accumulated since birth, which are unconsciously limiting and blocking you in day to day life. These patterns and programs can be removed easier than your mind will have you think. Removing them will bring expansion in life instead of struggle and lack.

Over 20 years ago, I was at my peak with stress and anxiety. I remember sitting in the doctors. One of many time's haha. He said ‘ you can take medication, or you can move forward and learn tools and techniques to overcome’, he also said ‘the latter isn’t easy’. I took the latter. I am happy I did. The truth is, if I had stayed in one place and numbed my anxiety, I would never really be free from it, it would be masking underlying issues. I’d experience all the anxiety still, attracting the same things in life. Even though I was anxious moving forward, the story, the patterns, and programs were becoming less.

I have trained in many modalities, continuous study for over 20 years. A few years ago, I came across tools and techniques that were a whole new level. Emotion blocks gone in 60 seconds. Program and patterns removed in 30 minutes. I have lived everything I teach, I know what works and what doesn’t. My niche is everyday stress and anxiety, as this has been my journey.

I have it here for you in a nutshell. Tried, tested, lived and experienced. If this sparks curiosity, and you have inner nudge that this is for you. It is. Your mind will take over though and dampen down the spark (saboteur).
