Over the weekend, Richard was invited to join a panel discussing how thoughtful practice design allows us to create an improved patient experience.

Design is about more than aesthetics - it’s about how you feel when you walk through the door. A calm, welcoming environment, an intuitive layout, and the careful integration of advanced technology to help you feel confident, relaxed, and truly cared for.

We’re incredibly proud of how our practice looks and feels, thanks to our collaboration with Retail Experience Design. Together, we created a space that supports modern eye care while remaining sympathetic to the character and charm of our beautiful 400-year-old cottage.

For us, good design always starts with the patient. It helps create a relaxed environment, supports a smooth journey through the practice, and ultimately allows us to deliver the very best care.
