🌟 Meet our WOW Worthy Woman of the month: Muriel Russell of West End Therapies

Today we’re celebrating an inspiring woman from our community, someone who shows up with courage, heart, and a commitment to growing into her best self.

✨ Who she is:
I am an energy therapist. Trained as a Reflexologist, I help my clients connect to their true inner self. My passion is health and wellbeing in a natural, holistic way.

💬 Her personal journey:
My first love was fashion (Muriel in Paris!) But that quickly changed to helping people, working and volunteering for charities, even abroad, until I made my dream of becoming a therapist a reality in 2016.

🌱 What helps her thrive:
To be present for my clients, I look after myself and my energy with daily practices of Chi gong, yoga, meditation, journalling and running. And I love bartering! There's more to life than money.

You are not broken. You don't need fixing, you’re pure potential!
