Hi Everyone!

We hope you've had a fantastic Christmas and a great New Year! Now you've had a few weeks to eat all of your chocolates and cheat bits, we're hoping everyone is ready to get ON IT.

Cutting and Summer bodies are made NOW. So if you're indecisive on whether to get back in the gym... DO IT! Make 2017 your year, and have fit ass pictures on holiday! You'll thank yourself for it!

Hope to see your faces in the gym soon and we'll organise an event as soon as the Jan craziness is over!

Hi guys so tomorrow is our weekly Crossfit day! 💃🏻
4pm start. Meet outside the library at 3:30pm.
Everyone is welcome and the difficulty is adapted to the skill set so everyone can come along!
Its roughly £5 a head, but cheaper the more who come along.
