Came about as I was on tour and decided to take up some courses, after passing the exams in 2007 I started teaching Alexander Technique a great way to improve your posture and help with problems: back,shoulders,driving and many other areas as well as stress. Meditation is very new and something that I enjoyed through adding it to my Self Esteem Courses which helped with Relaxation and switching of the mind as well as going back to breathing properly. Both of these therapies also work well together, making us relax and look at what our bodies are doing, Humans are perfect when we are born to when we go to school and interact, we then become lazy in the way we walk, breathe,stand and sit. As Adults we do not and that is something we need to do. Self Esteem is a ten week course that looks at you, your life and the people in your life and how you deal with problems, family,friends, why certain things happen to you. are you stuck in a rut? why do you over eat,smoke etc. so many more. Life is precious and we can make it so hard and make it stressful and then when everything is going the right way and we are really happy, some people say something bad will happen, etc. We can break these habits through self esteem, but it is not a quick fix. It depends on the person you are.
