Hi everyone - we're sharing our Sport Massage Therapist Olivia's post from her own business page OOASports Therapy & Rehabilitation please give her lots of encouragment and support - we'll definitely be cheering her on!!!

"I HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS...⏳
I am running the LONDON MARATHON 2026!!!🏃🏼‍♀️
will be sharing some of my training journey to give anyone who is interested, an insight into what marathon training looks like as a sports therapist who is a beginner to the running world. This will include some tips on how to stay mobile & strong, recover properly, prevent injuries, and any other hurdles that may pop up along the way...
Not only will this involve filming some of the runs, but I will also show a mix of strengthening & mobility exercises too, which is hugely significant for preventing injury & improving overall running performance🚀
Fortunately, I am not running this alone, both & I are running for the charity St Johns Ambulance! So any support you can offer along the way, whether that be a donation (link will be in my bio), joining us on some runs or even just dropping a message of motivation- all will be hugely appreciated!🤍
