Boom! They've done it!

London Marathon 2026 completed in a brilliant 5hrs 29minutes & 51secs.

What a fantastic achievement - we are so proud of you both, what a day!

She's there!!!

We have just a number of 'Initial Consultation' (New Patient) appointments available this week with Lisa, Amy or Kristina 💜

During an Initial Consultation we will discuss any problems and concerns you may be having, take a full medical history and check for any signs and symptoms that might mean certain types of treatment are not right for you. (Initial Consultations are a 60 minute appointment).

Your chiropractor will then perform an appropriate physical examination which will include checking reflexes, flexibility etc.

Once we have recorded consent to treat, you will then receive your first chiropractic treatment.

This may be quite gentle to begin with in order to minimise the possibility of post treatment soreness. Patients are often provided with with advice, stretches or exercises that you can do following treatment.

All consultations and treatments are carried out in individual, private treatment rooms.

If you would like a friend or relative to accompany you on any of your visits they are more than welcome.

"It's come around so quickly... This Sunday, the 5-6 months of extremely hard work & discipline are all being put into action. It has been the hardest thing I've ever done, however the hard work is done now, it's just about enjoying the victory lap on Sunday.
A massive good luck to all my clients who are running over these next few weeks too, you will smash it"
