Our happiness comes from within but so does our anxiety. By becoming completely aware of our own thoughts will enable us to stop the overthinking and self doubts. By turning around the negative self talk to be more positive will change the overall outcome. Counselling will help you learn tools and techniques to enable all this.

We all have those down days where nothing seems to go right and we lack inspiration and energy. Self care will change all this. By listening to your body and resting when you need to will get the balance back. Some tips on self care are resting/sleeping and exercise. Drink plenty of fluids to keep hydrated and then do what you want to, read, watch tv, see friends, journal, meditate but most of all be kind to you.
