☀️ Hot Weather Tips to Keep You Cool & Safe! ☀️

Summer heat is no joke — make sure you and your loved ones stay safe with these quick tips:

🔥 Stay Hydrated – Drink plenty of water, even if you don’t feel thirsty. Avoid too much caffeine or alcohol.
🌳 Stay in the Shade or Indoors – Limit outdoor activity during peak heat (11am–4pm).
👕 Dress Light – Wear loose, light-colored clothing and a hat if you’re out in the sun.
❄️ Cool Your Space – Use fans, AC, or visit a public place like a library or mall to cool off.
🐶 Protect Pets – Don’t leave pets in cars and make sure they have fresh water and shade.
🧴 Use Sunscreen – SPF 30 or higher. Reapply every 2 hours if you’re outside.

Take care of yourself and check in on neighbors or relatives who may need a hand. Let’s beat the heat together! 💦🌞
