Wow — where do I even start?

I’ve had the privilege of training Tracey for nearly two decades, and during that time she’s become so much more than a client… she’s become a true friend. Watching her grow, push herself, and stay committed year after year has been incredibly inspiring.

Recently, Tracey turned 60 and decided to celebrate this milestone with a photoshoot — and honestly, she looks absolutely incredible. But what makes me most proud isn’t just how amazing she looks — it’s her dedication, consistency, and positive attitude over all these years. She shows up, puts in the work, and proves that age really is just a number.

Tracey, you are living proof that strength, confidence, and self-belief only get better with time. I couldn’t be prouder to be part of your journey. Thank you for trusting me all these years — you truly are an inspiration! 💛

Connor has dropped a lot of body fat and added some serious size, completely changing his shape and overall physique.

Kerrie’s Incredible Transformation‼️

Kerrie’s hard work and determination have really paid off!
Her body weight has reduced from 70.6kg to 58.3kg in just 16 weeks! Not only that; she’s gained substantial muscle and strength along the way! 💪

Kerrie and her partner Barry are a dream to work with; despite the challenges faced by having two young children at home they are absolutely smashing it! 👏👏👏

‘’10 weeks after having my second child, I set myself a goal to lose weight over the next year. How has it only been 16 weeks?! I am over the moon with the results from working with Craig.

Through a nutrition and fitness plan that worked alongside my two VERY young children and c-section recovery needs, my goals have been met in a considerably short amount of time.

In these 4 months, I’ve gained so much more than just weight loss: positive mentality, self-motivation, better sleep, wake up easier (even with a 6 month old!), have less brain fog and gained a love for running! Craig has supported me so much through each stage of this weight loss journey so far and it’s given me great confidence!
