Each card explains what a substance does, how it can make you feel, what the risks are and gives practical harm reduction advice to keep you informed and safe.

The cards have been put together by our expert teams and people with lived experience – so the information is clear, current and trusted.

We've just released a new set of dates for our Overdose Awareness and Naloxone training.

Held across our Lincoln, Gainsborough, Grantham and Skegness hubs, you'll
understand how to recognise the signs of overdose, be shown how to administer naloxone – a life-saving opioid overdose reversal medication – and take a kit away with you, free of charge.

Today is World Mental Health Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness of mental health issues and to remind us all of the importance of looking after ourselves, and others.

We know that substance use is often linked closely to a person's mental health, and we're committed to supporting with both.

Earlier this year, we began working with Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust by co-locating two new substance use Mental Health Recovery Workers into community mental health teams. This means closer working, shared knowledge and even better care for the people we support.
