Last week, we attended the Lincolnshire General Practice Nursing Team Conference.

Alongside exhibiting and speaking about the support we offer and how to make referrals, we also heard from engaging speakers throughout the day. We especially enjoyed the discussions around psychological safety and adaptability in the workplace, and interesting talks about genomics and how it is now being introduced into routine healthcare.

It was great to speak to so many attendees throughout the day!

Our Boston Hub is now home to 'Rhianne's Reflection Corner', a relaxing space for the people we support to rest, read and reset.

The area was made possible by a kind donation from Rhi's family and friends, and we hope that it serves as a lasting tribute to her, while providing comfort to anyone who needs it ❤

Earlier this month, we held our bi-annual Peer Mentor Graduation event.

The event honours the members of our team who have become Peer Mentors or Service User Involvement representatives, using their lived experience to support others. We also welcomed inspirational guest speakers from the recovery community, who shared messages of hope, resilience and finding purpose in recovery.

A huge congratulations to everyone involved🎓

Last week, we hosted our first Breaking Down Barriers: Health Inequalities and Substance Use in the Criminal Justice System conference, in collaboration with Lincoln Probation Service.

We heard from insightful speakers including LRP, Probation, Lincolnshire Action Trust, HMP Lincoln and University of Lincoln who all shared their invaluable insight, experiences and perspectives of health inequalities in Lincolnshire. We explored what's going well, what we could be doing better and discussed a multitude of ideas for change in the future.

Thank you to everyone who joined us!

We're supporting our partner 's new 'Know Your K' campaign, which is designed to give practical, non judgemental information to help people who use ketamine to keep safe.

Ketamine use is rising in the UK, especially among young teenagers and young adults, and the campaign supports early intervention by helping people understand the risks, spot early warning signs and seek help sooner.

Join us and Lincoln Probation Service at Lincoln Golf Centre on 24 March, 10am - 4pm for a dedicated Lincolnshire‑focused event exploring the complexities faced by people in the criminal justice system who use substances.

The day will examine the health inequalities and barriers to healthcare experienced locally, and create space for open and honest discussion about how systems and pathways in Lincolnshire can work better for those affected.

Yesterday, we exhibited at the Lincolnshire Farming Conference, hosted by Lincolnshire Showground

We support people from all walks of life, and the conference gives us an incredible opportunity to spend time with our local farming community and other local associated organisations.

We spent time speaking with farmers who have spent decades in the industry, opening up about using alcohol as a way to cope with the pressures of rural life. We also met a number of Young Farmers, eager to understand the real harms of drugs and alcohol and how to look after their friends.

It was also great to catch up with the amazing team at Lincolnshire Rural Support Network to discuss how we can join forces to support our rural community.

Farming community or not, if you'd like talk with us, we're here - just get in touch.
