Like most people when Liz started she couldn’t even do a knee push up to the floor (which is perfectly normal for most women and can take months to achieve). 💪 With hard work and safe technique Liz has built and built her upper body strength until she can now do this…..

People ask us all the time ‘have you not found people’s limit of strength yet?’ when we add another level in at the top of our range - the simple answer is ‘no!’. Everyone has the capacity to strengthen even if that’s from needing hands to get out of a chair to being able to do it with no hands or going from just about managing a plank to being able to plank one handed and rotate to side plank.
