I’m loving doodling these in these ‘moist’ evenings. If you haven’t heard about my community group it is a fun way to boost your creativity and give you a reason to get out of the house to hide them for others to find. The mental health benefits are multifold and it’s really fun when people find them and post a picture.

We are recruiting for new volunteers for our Helpline 📞

Our National Helpline gets around 80,000 calls every year, and for many people this will be the first time they have asked for help with their grief. In order to answer these calls, we need help.

Our volunteers are there to listen, provide emotional support and talk through the options available to them.

Remembering those who gave their lives so we could be free. Those who made the ultimate sacrifice and those who kept the home and home front going. We thank you all. Today is a day of celebration of resilience and fortitude, of being adaptable and self sufficient, and of friendships and humanity. I popped up to the installation at on this special day. ( left some art work as art ninjas do!)

An emotional night for in his solo show Community Resilience. So much love in the room for Tinashe it was beautiful! A courageously authentic, fresh collection exploring neurodiversity and mental health. The vulnerability of Tinashe’s art creates a compelling relationship between the viewer and the artist. Very thought provoking and pairing the artwork with short poetry just adds to the narrative. So proud of T! Pop down to the gallery in the Peter de Wint building and check it out.

URGENT
A seriously worrying change is being proposed to your human right to choose where you receive your NHS care. This will have devastating impact on assessment waiting times and referral services.

Please give this a read and write to your MP today. This change will be something the Government try and slip through without us noticing. We cannot allow this to happen. We must do all we can to try and prevent this. Together we can make a difference.

I miss you. 2 years since you left us and it seems like yesterday. Jess was a vibrant and inspiring soul whose smile just filled the room. It’s a picnic on the gorgeous West Common for us today. What lovely weather! Hope you are all enjoying your day, whatever you are doing. It’s a difficult day for some of us but definitely a day to focus on the things I am grateful for. A day for doing whatever makes you happy. Tomorrow is a new day and another opportunity for joy. Lots of love to you all. Thank you for your support as always. I’m very grateful for such wonderful people in my life.
