This week…
👩‍⚕️ The Care Where You Live Recruitment Day took place – fantastic work from the Talent Academy, Pilgrim clinical teams, Recruitment, and Reservists joining together for a successful day
🎒 Our Careers and Education team attended William Farr Church of England Comprehensive School for their post-16 morning
💙 The Care Certificate team received some lovely feedback - 'I have found this care certificate very interesting & reaffirmed my love for being a health care worker. It’s a reminder of the importance of trust values and ensuring they are adhered to at all times. I'm encouraged to attend further training to expand my knowledge & gain more skills so I'm able to consider different roles in the future within the NHS.'

The Talent Academy were nominated for 4 awards at this year’s LCHG Staff Awards - and a wonderful night was to be had!

Congratulations to Rob Tidy for winning the Improvement, Education and Research Award, and to our Reservists for their highly commended non-clinical Team of the Year Award.

This World Mental Health Day, we wanted to celebrate our incredible employees working in mental health.

Did you know...
Over 1.2 million people started treatment through NHS Talking Therapies last year, with 9 in 10 receiving support within six weeks of referral.
Nearly 70,000 people received employment support alongside therapy, helping them regain purpose and stability through work.
