A shamanic drum arrives at its new home 💚

What beautiful images. These have been sent to me from a gorgeous lady who has just invested in her third drum with me.

A smaller 10 inch this time for ease of travel and adventure.

My drums have been finding their matches very quickly lately. I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting about how time seems to be moving very quickly. It certainly seems that way with me.

And with Mind Body Spirit around the corner I’m working hard to stay present in my preparation.

I can hardly believe it’s just over a week ago that we all met in the incredible space, the round hall, at Hill Holtwood, Lincolnshire.

What a wonderful day of coming together.
Of community.
Of sharing.
Of supporting.
Of healing.
Of joy.

My heart bursts when I look and listen to these brief clips we captured. I’m taken straight back to that room, when I can feel the presence of Spirit so full and alive and all of us.

Our next retreat day is on 30 January around the time of the Celtic festival of Imbolic. A time to mark a shift away from the winter darkness towards spring, and the awakening of earth from its winter slumber.

A perfect time to move from the integration, and rest phases of the winter months, and look towards the coming year.

A time to frame new intentions, a time to release anything that we do not wish to take forward.

We can of course do this for ourselves at any time of the year. Every day of life is full of potential and healing.

However, in a world where we are inclined to give less focus or attention to our cycles of life, our initiations; remembering ancestral festivals is a wonderful way to align ourselves with this wisdom.

This comprehensive 3 day accredited course is running this month 24/25/26 October.

As well as covering a lot of fundamental practices such as opening and closing space, holding drumming circles, a little bit of history, looking at drumming techniques and beats, we will explore how to work with drums in a variety of different healing applications.

We will also be journeying with our drums, to explore more deeply what they have to teach and show us.

HOLONIC DRUM HEALING DAY RETREAT

Last Friday brought the second of our day retreats based here in Lincolnshire, at Hill Holt Wood.

Rachel Lane of and I were blow away by the way our guests showed up on the day. SO much love, sharing, compassion and support.

We had a few tears, and loads of laughter as we worked through our rounds of drumming.

The day begins with opening ceremonies, altar gifts, storytelling and coming together as a group.

The afternoon brings us to our drum selection and connection, then calling in the Holonic Vibration.

PHENOMINAL energies in the room.

The reviews are rolling in and we will share them with you over the coming days.

There was a notable high feeling of JOY towards the end. Deeply moving, as we invited our hearts to expand more to truly feel that Joy, to really let it come in. Pure, simply Joy. In itself a powerful healing.
